Jan K's Story

Type of Cancer: ovarian
I am a nine-year survivor of ovarian cancer. I have faced many challenges but have learned to fight and enjoy every moment of life. I work with a nutritionist, practice yoga, and play lots of tennis. I wrote a book about my journey called Winter Body, Summer Soul. I have lived to know three grandchildren and am now writing a book for them. Life is a gift. I am thankful for each one I get.
