Hello, My name is Pamela and I wanted to share my story. On June 6th of 2006 I was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer. When I got the news it was soooo devastating...my sisters were with me....we found a very good Dr. and I went to see him. He told me I had to have surgery. On June 26th 2006 I had a lumpectomy. I was so very scared, all my family was with me. Then I had to go talk to my chemo Dr. They were so very nice. I was very scared again, it made me very sick. After this I had radiation. I have met so many great people thru all of this. I am here to tell you it was very hard, but with my family and all of my prayers, I made it. I thank God and my family for sticking by me. There is hope after cancer; with God all things are possible. Just remember that now I can enjoy my son and my 3 grandkids. Thanks.
