What do motorcycles and GCF have in common? The Cross Country Panzer Motorcycle Rally!

Riding Panzer Motorcycles, Heidi Lauby and Kate O’Flynn set out on a cross-country journey to advocate gynecologic health. During the 10,000-mile expedition, they will stop at Panzer Motorcycle dealers and other places of interest to pass out brochures and hold rallies to raise money. Stops have already included Chicago, Ill., Denver, Colo., Laughlin, Nev., Memphis, Tenn., and San Bernardino, Calif. SGO/GCF members are attending some of the rallies and making presentations about gynecologic cancers to further increase awareness.

Panzer saw GCF as a perfect philanthropic fit, naming it the beneficiary of the Rally for two reasons. For Panzer’s CEO, Christina Anastasia, the impact of gynecologic cancer hit home. She was recently devastated to learn that her mother was diagnosed with uterine cancer. On a lighter note, Panzer’s unique design of its motorcycles offers a product truly designed for women.

"So far, the events have been a terrific success," said Panzer vice president of sales and marketing Tony Rigato. "We look forward to a long and beneficial relationship because Panzer and GCF make a great team."
