Hard Work Pays Off: GYN/ONC Kit Receives Award

Three cheers for the Gynecologic Oncology Educational Kit for Medical Professionals!

The American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) recently honored GCF with an Award of Excellence in the 2001 Associations Advance America (AAA) Awards program for the Gynecologic Oncology Educational Kit for Medical Professionals. Selected in the top 20 of 188 applicants by a panel of peers, the AAA Award recognizes associations and industry partners that advance American society with innovative programs in education, skills training, standard setting, business and social innovation, knowledge creation, citizenship, and community service.

This isn’t the first time that ASAE has recognized our hard work. In 2000, our GCAM activities received an Award of Excellence. In 1999, our Women's Cancer Network received the highest honor from ASAE—its Summit Award.
