GCF Provides Supporters with GCAM Ideas

Once again, GCF's grassroots network of local supporters and advocates have helped make GCAM a success. Through their use of GCF's updated publicity kit, which provides information on how to organize and publicize local events, supporters helped inform and educate women across the U.S. about gynecologic cancers. This year, more than 10,000 publicity kits were distributed to supporters by mail and via the Women's Cancer Network Web site.

Grassroots supporters held a record number of GCAM related events around the country, such as educational luncheons and presentations, fundraisers and TV and radio interviews. GCF is currently tracking all events and media activities as organizers continue to send in their member activity and results forms. GCF would like to thank all that held or participated in these events as part of GCAM.
